THE INSIDE STORY: TIMEOUT TVC 30s

Just when ex-Proximity/BBDO writer, Maan, and Janais, formerly from the Saatchi All-Design team, thought they were good only at Below-the-Line requirements, Someone Up There sent them this idea that enabled a campaign so big, it gave birth to (and I am not exaggerating here) 20 TVC materials.

Every step in the process of getting this first one out was miraculous - from our having won the pitch against BBDO and DDB, to our getting the campaign to run as intended, to getting this first material approved by the traditional and celebrity endorser-believing RFM Excom, to getting Henry Frejas to simplify everything and to my girls wearing their skimpiest dresses just to get the Saatchi boys to act as our talents (yes, in the yellow team are three Saatchi creatives; while in the red team is one) - in the name of bringing costs down to a minimum.

There are some miracles we celebrate for their award-winning potential. And then, there are these miracles too, that we celebrate for their humor and ability to make a little bit of difference in the category they belong.

These little pieces of creation all add up, and make us feel grateful for being given the chance to witness miracles every single day in this job we truly, truly love.
