Indescribable, the joy of finding antiques on clearance sale at ridiculously low prices, then haggling the total price down some more!
Spent most of the afternoon walking through the narrow pathways of a store room along Libis Avenue, waiting for antiques to "call out to me" (feels like they almost do). Got a 3-piece living room set, 4 round chairs, 1 large country chair and a full-length mirror for just P20thou, all in!
Full-length mirror, originally priced at P6,500. Got it for P3,250.
Large-ass (my title for it) single chair, originally priced at P5thou. Got it for P3,500.
Round chair-stools, originally priced at P1,800 apiece. Got all 4 pieces for P1,800.
3-piece Living Room set, originally priced at P18thou. Got it for P12,600.
This is a peg for the look I want for my new place. Still very similar to my old place, but a bit more spacious. And maybe butter yellow walls.
